Here's the info on Oshima International Handmade Picture Book Competition 2010 run by a picture book museum. They call for participants. Guys, that's an interesting comp. If you win, your handmade picture book will be published in a year. The guideline for application and the entry Form are available in the museum homepage. A deadline is in May.
