SCBWI May Gibbs Nutcote High Tea & a Sketch and Scribble. Many creators came up and enjoyed lunch and looking around in the Nutcote, the museum, today. It displays May Gibbs' legacy. May Gibbs' house was cute house facing Neutral Bay. Participants enjoyed the pretty gardens and the marvellous nautical view in a soft breeze. SCBWI Sketch meeting に参加しました May Gibbsの 住んでいた 可愛らしい 家を訪れスケッチをすることになりたくさんの 挿絵画家 作家が参加し 昼食を楽しみに 時を共に過ごしました 現在は 博物館になっています とても 風光明媚 なところで Neutral Bay に 向かっているので 海 を見下ろし 心なごむ 時 でした

In May Gibbs legacy, I stress May Gibbs, a great artist and philanthropist, bequeathed the copyright of all her works to two charities ; one is Cerebral Palsy Alliance, people with disabilities. Amazing. It moves me. As well as an artist, I admire her compassion and a big heart in career women's difficult lives in society. My most favourite photo was displayed in the Nutcote. "May Gibbs at work in her Bridge St Studio, Sydney 1913." May Gibbs の人となりの中で 私が強調したいのは 卓抜した #アーティスト だけではなく #慈善家 #博愛家 でもありました 彼女は 自分の作品のコピーライトを二つのチャリティ に 全部残しています 一つは #脳性麻痺 の人のためにです 素晴らしいです. すごく感動します メイギブスの 心優しいところと 大きな心を キャリアウーマンとして 頑張ることがまだ難しかった 社会を思うと胸がいっぱいになりますし尊敬しています これは私が一番好きな彼女の写真で お仕事中です
