素晴らしい 名誉に浴します. 何という喜びでしょう 言葉になりません! 私の2つの肖像画が見事に しかも 有名な 南オーストラリア 王立絵画協会 RSASA 肖像画  コンペティションに 選ばれました. 作品は "パリス 探究心 いっぱいの 若い女性" "パリス 夢見る 若者"  です. これは2年ごとに行われる 展覧会で レベルの高さで知られております. 信じられないけど 文字通り 檜舞台に 出展 しておいたら入ったの. しかも2枚も入りました. 今回は かつて私が May Gibbs の フェローシップで楽しんだ アデレード再訪. オープニングに 参加 祝杯をあげることにしました. 7月2日から11日まで アデレードに います. あなたがいるならば ぜひ 声をかけてください. 今まで 文句 1つ言わずに 私のモデルになってくれた Paris, 彼女の勤める 画材屋さん Art Scene に心から感謝しております. 叉, 友人のあなたの大きな声援 に心から感謝 それが私の原動力となり ここに来ております. ありがとうございます!! 嬉しくてたまりません. またリハビリ 頑張るね. アデレードに 行ってきまあす. 文無しは, バックパッカーするからね. 武雄伝楽しみに しててね. エヘヘ🥰. #sydney #australia

"Paris, Dreaming Youth," included in the 222 successful artists in 2026 (Spring) Malaysia International Online Juried Art Competition “FIGURES & FACES from the total 1019 paintings from 61 countries and regions around the world. Friends, supporters, thank you very much for big cheers to me in the rehab for ages. The selected artists will move onto the second round of competition. Hearty congrats to all the participants!

#sadamikonchi Honoured, my work “Here I am!” was included in the 243 works selected by #IFAM #Global for #Malaysia #International #Art #Competition 2025,“#Figures & #Faces,” from for a total, 1,023 paintings from 59 countries. Very happy! Congratulations on all the participants! Let us enjoy the next round. Special thanks to Jansen Chow and IFAM Global team’s hard work. Paris and the art supply team, thank you for modelling and encouraging me. #finalist 

Tomorrow, the orthopaedic surgeon will remove my R wrist splint. I'll start up hand physiotherapy following day. Healing must come first though, I look forward to painting more figures. Friends, supporters, thank you for big cheers at my tough time. #watercolour #pencildrawing  #sydney #australia
私のパリスちゃんの #肖像画 "ここにいますよ!" が 世界59カ国の 1,023 作品の中から 選ばれた 243作品の中に食い込みました. とても嬉しいですし 参加した 全員の人に心からおめでとうです. もう一ラウンド 楽しみましょうね. この コンペティションを 影で支える Jansen Chow, IFAM Global Team に 大きな感謝です. また モデルをし 励まして くれた パリスちゃん, 画材屋さんの みんな にも 心から感謝です.

明日 骨の専門家に 会いに行って私の 右手首のスプリントを外す予定です. そうしたら 手の リハビリを すぐに始める予定です. まず 体を 治していくことが 第一ですが #人物 を描くのをとても楽しみにしています. とても辛い 大変な時, 友達 また私を支え 大きな声援を送ってくれた 皆さんに 心から感謝しています. ありがとうね!!

#肖像画 の #モデル は 素敵な優しい お友達のパリスさんで 彼女のにっこりが 画材屋さんに光ってます! ペン画 に した後 #水彩画 だけで 書きたくて とても楽しみました. 人を書くことが大好きです. 私は 下書きを 色で 修正 するので 下書きは大雑把 rough な 情報を教えてくれたら それでいいのです. 水彩画を楽しもうね! サイズは A 3です.

#sadamikonchi My first #pendrawing #portrait with #watercolour Enjoyed it so much.  The lovely model is a dear friend, Paris Crouch. The work has amazed her. Thank u, you've loved it. #a3 = 42 x 29.7 cm #pen #ink #drawing I've loved / admired Rembrandt's pen drawings. Once upon a time, we, linguistics students did volunteering in the linguistics conferences and got freebie tickets. Coincidently, there was a market in Newtown. We enjoyed it. I bought a secondhand book of Rembrandt biography and work. A PhD candidate teased at me, "Hey, look! Sadami gonna be an artist!" I became shy, blushed up, no idea. The date I wrote on that book tells me many years have passed by.

...and today, I've come to the right direction and so much appreciate linguistics friends and profs' big cheers.
私の初めての #ペン と #水彩 で書く #肖像画 です. とても楽しみました. 素敵な優しいモデルさんは お友達のパリスさんです. 作品に びっくり しつつもとても気に入ってくれたので 私は 嬉しくてたまりません新しいテクニックは自分を豊かにします. エキサイティングで とても冒険をするし 楽しいです! 皆さんは レンブラントの ペンで書いた作品を 見たことがありますか? 私は大好きです. 思い出があります. その昔 私たち 言語学 学生たちは 大学で国際会議をする時 ボランティアをやって ただ券 を もらってました. ちょうど 大学の隣のニュータウンで 蚤の市がありました お昼休みにみんなで行って それも楽しんだのですけど レンブラントの バイオグラフィーと アートワークを集めた 古本が売られていて 飛びつきました. 博士号をもらうことになっていた 男子学生が "ヘイ, 見てな! Sadami はね 将来 アーティストになるんだぜ," とからかって 私は急に 赤くなって シャイになる しそんなことを思ってもいませんでした. あれから幾年経ったことでしょう. その本を この間開いてみて そして 夢を叶えつつ あります. #sydney #australia  #nカルオンライン永山裕子ペン画0228

ご近所の教会で みんなが自分の得意な 分野で手芸を楽しみます. これは私が そこにいる 素敵な女性に あげた ささやかなお誕生日祝いで ほとんど 即興で 仕上げました. そこはいつもおしゃべりと, 飲み物, お菓子 があり いわば 男子禁制 ?! のパーティーです. まるでそこは いつも 日の光, 暖かさと 助け合い と 友情が溢れています. じゃあまたね 来週を楽しみに と 私たちは別れて行きます.

My first experience to join the “opening” of a prestigious #competition. Such high criterion and biennial prize run by Royal Art Society is hard to get through. So, I decided to enjoy the opening. Also, my first experience to enjoy a trip since the onset of a disabled leg except May Gibbs fellowship in 2022. The selected paintings were outstanding, very inspiring and unique. My two Helen Chamberlin OAM paintings were selected, although not awarded.

But my happy surprise! A celebrated guest speaker, artist and educator, Dieter Engler talked to me and included Sadami on the shortlist. “You’re a good “listener,” (= portrait is a dialogue between the subject / model and artist, myself )” Dieter smiled at me which touched my heart. Wow!! Yes, that was exactly the same view we shared in his speech on what would create portraits!! I delightedly agreed with his concepts of creating arts. Born to draw.

Please enjoy these winners and awarded artists. Incomparable, distinguished and exceptional portraits were great and joy to look through. Particularly, a young artist and winner, Mia Beheren’s work impressed me most. Coincidently, her work was next to mine! Traditional realism, solid drawing skills, exquisite, yet sending a strong message filled with a challenging mood to viewers which amazed me. I’ve learned many from the finalists. We’ve become friends. No doubt that Mia will be a great artist. Well, hopefully, she will not forget me, a poor artist or a rat in a ditch🤣?!

I also thanked for RSASA team and staff in person. Hard workers behind the scenes, you are our superheroes! A friend in the hostel, Mia’s friend, kindly invited me to an All-you-can-eat Japanese food party! Lucky~~~!! So, I’ll chat over our party in the next post. This visit will enrich my art career and pave my way to the future. Oh, very happy to had visited #adelaide. @miabehrens_art


有名な 展覧会に 2つも 作品が入選! オープニングに 初出席. 展示作品は 素晴らしく, ユニーク.
驚いたことに ゲスト画家 Dieter が 話しかけます. "君はよく 耳を 傾ける, " "モデルと 画家が 対話をし それが肖像画になるのだ",と述べ 私も全く同じ意見で感激!! 私は 描くために生まれました.
隣に 絵をかけてあった Mia が 新人賞. ずば抜けた デッサン力に 感動. 友人になり 日本食食べ放題 party に 招かれました. 展覧会を支える人々に 個人的に感謝しました🤓

My 2 #portraits : Helen Chamberlin OAM Awarded and Helen Chamberlin OAM have become finalists of Royal South Australian Society of Arts, Biennial Portrait art prize and #Doyles (figurative category) at the same time = I made a clash between the two shows. This time, the two portraits will be sent to RSASA and exhibited for 4 weeks from 30th June to 28th July 2024. In Adelaide, I’ll join the official opening 30th June 2 – 4 pm and celebrate the achievement with May Gibbs Patron Mary Wilson, the established author Janeen Brian and friends.
