I saw a young man sitting at a main mast! Enjoyed sketching it though, it was a warm day😰 30'c. 若い男の人がマスト のところに座っているのに気が付きました! 子供の頃から 帆船が好きだったので喜んで書いてはいたもののさすがに朝2枚書いてからでした しかも30°の 暑い中 これはラストのひとふんばりでした

Technically, personally, I've learned a lot about "layering," yet a comeout is still transparent and beautiful in a colour harmony. I'm "hooked😉." #watercolour Experimenting new techniques enriches our lives😆 私がMay Gibbs fellowshipで Adelaide 滞在中 #ヘンリービーチ に行った時 #桟橋 の上にたくさん 釣り上げられて いらなくなった #魚 の #頭 が切り取って捨てられていました それがとても面白くて 皆が集まっておしゃべりをしているようだと感じたので これは " #おばけのおしゃべり " 大きな作品にチャレンジする前の #A3 の小さな スタディ で成功しました #モデリングペースト と #オイルパステル による #木目 魚の #waxing 図星 にあたりました💖🤓 絵本の先輩やお師匠さんからとても良いフィードバックが帰ってきており頑張ろうと思いますとても楽しかったです 魚は 多分 ホワイティング #whiting です. 鯨🐋でないことは, 確かです🐳😝🤣. モデリングペーストで自画像や暴風の高波もエンジョイしましたが もっともっと #texture 出せたらと思いますし 探検してみたいです #sydney #australia #modellingpaste #fishes #fishing #nカルオンライン永山裕子かりん #mixedmedia

Developed the sketch into #a2. #Excited ! Great #pleasure ! Sweet #memoir 💖 #嵐 の #海  #ナラビーン です. 私は今まで 長距離水泳 (1km) を 足のリハビリのために たとえ 雨が降ろうが槍がふろうが 夜でも昼でも やってきました. でも海はいつも私を優しくゆりかごのように抱きとめてくれました これは #遠泳 のあと 凍えながら 車の中から 小さなスケッチを したものを スタジオで今年 #A2 に 書きました 胸がドキドキしました 素晴らしい #喜び でしたし 甘い #思い出 になりました. 楽しかったです😘. #slpash #steam #rain #windy #crackedwaves #nature #watercolour #mixedmedia #sydney #australia

“In #Adelaide , I deepened my artistic knowledge and used the valuable time to gain an insightful understanding of arts in many genres and venues.

My residency opened up my eyes to landscapes in both traditional and contemporary #watercolour painting approaches. Enjoyed creating typical Australian landscapes. My visit to the Hans Heysen studio inspired me to develop the backgrounds in my current #picturebook #project . My understanding of art was enhanced through the observation of statues, sculptures and figurative paintings, including those of Hans Heysen, Nora Heysen and Robert Hannaford. I was drawn by Robert Hannaford’s sculpture, ‘Simpson and his donkey’ in Adelaide park. SA Art Gallery Exhibition, ‘Collection in Focus’, inspired my interest in European classic figurative works eg) Rodin’s sculptures, contemporary portraits and Australian icons in landscape painters.”
There are well-developed support systems available for Fellows eg) May Gibbs Trust, the May Gibbs Support Group, CBCA SA Branch, SCBWI, Council, State Library and local libraries. Sadami was given great social exposure and promotion through events and support systems during her Fellowship. She joined the CBCA and presented at the SCBWI SA Professional Day. She gained invaluable connections with established creators. Her powerpoint presentation, more than 30 images on her artistic journey.
“My success story inspired the participants, overcoming my disability and winning national & international prizes including the May Gibbs Fellowship. I became so popular immediately and received an abundance of positive feedback.”
A real trip to Adelaide was ideal. The residency gave her the opportunity to work with refreshed artistic eyes to capture subjects and to produce and create inspirational work. She efficiently dedicated the concentrated time to her ongoing #picturebook project and fine arts. "The Burrow provides rich resources for research. Hans Heysenの #アトリエ を訪れたことは 今 私が取り組んでいる #絵本 の バックグラウンドを 発展させるきっかけになりました. 彫刻 そして人物画 に対する 理解を深めたのは素晴らしかったです. とりわけ興味を引いたのは Robert Hannafordの 彫像 "Simpson and his donkey" です. May Gibbs fellowship には大変良く できた #サポートシステム があり 例えばメイギブスあるいはMay Gibbs サポートグループ その他のpeak bodies が, fellowsを 支えてくれます. SCBWI での私のプレゼンテーションは 30以上の #水彩画 を披露, 自分が体が不自由になったことに くじけずにここまで頑張ってきてさまざまな成功を収めたのは みんなを感嘆させ, お話は 参加者の皆さんからとても ポジティブなフィードバックをいただき たちまち人気者になりました! 実際のアデレードへの 旅行は理にかなっておりました. そこで4週間過ごしたことが私に フレッシュな アーティストとしての目を開かせ 主題を捕らえ そして 洞察力のある作品を創造することができました. 上手に時間を 使い とても集中した 中 私は 絵本とfine artisを 両立させました.
