Sea Change becomes Splash Finalist

#sadamikonchi Honoured. "Sea Change," my work becomes the finalist of Splash! @ Petrie Terrace Gallery Water-themed exhibition. Royal Queensland Art Society. Wed 21 Jan - Sun 15 Feb 2026. At this #Narrabeen #beach, I swam for rehab, day & night, all through the year at any weather. I did not want to give up hope to walk again. Indeed, I've made it happen with the medical team's support and supporters' big cheers. Indeed, my life has dramatically improved. So, I chose the title, "Sea Change" for the work. #Optimism and #hope have been my companies. "Optimism is the faith that leads to achievement; nothing can be done without hope," "Hope sees the invisible, feels the intangible, and achieves the impossible." 栄誉に 浴します. 私の作品 "Sea Change"が、ペトリー・テラス・ギャラリーで開催される"Splash!"の最終選考者に選出されました. ロイヤル・クイーンズランド・アート・ソサエティ主催。開催期間は2026年1月21日(水)～2月15日(日)。このナラビーンのビーチで、一年中どんな天候でも昼夜を問わずリハビリに励みました。再び歩けるようになるという希望を捨てたくありませんでした。そして、医療チームのサポートと支援者の大きな声援のおかげで、ついに実現. 人生は劇的に良い方向へ向いました. そこで、この作品のタイトルを「Sea Change」にしました。#楽観主義 と #希望 は、私の心の支えです。「楽観主義は、"達成" へと導く信念です。希望がなければ何もできません」「希望は、目に見えないものを見、触れられないものを感じ、不可能を可能にするのです」ヘレン・ケラーの言葉で私も 同感です. 親愛なる仲間たちに心から感謝します！*Sea change = その人の人生の中で 大きな節目 根こそぎ 変わって しまうようなドラマチックなことを意味しています.
P.S. 辛くて...,海の中で大声で好きなだけ 泣きました. 今, 新AFOを 付け, the neuro orthotist が, "ミラクルだわ", と 共に 喜びます.
