#sadamikonchi #houchoushiki Once in lifetime opportunity! On 20 Nov, I attended a traditional Japanese culinary art form billeting a fish without touching it by a cutter's hands. Shinto ritual origin, properly an offering to the gods in Heian period. The chef dressed in traditional clothes, an #eboshi hat and #hitatare robes with long sleeves. So, the knife master tucked them up. Wow! To me, an old Japanese lover, very eye-pleasant and interesting💖. The spot on sketch amazed / amused audiences and the staff!
