#sadamikonchi Hearty congrats, Rachael Watson OAM won a Bronze Medal in the S3 100m Freestyle!! https://childrens.org.au/paralympian-to-make-difference-for-sick-kids/
Me, too, have started #swimming as the part of rehab. Today, I swim 1 km. Her say has inspired me. "Never give up," "if you put your heart into it and you just try and try and try, you can achieve whatever you want in your life.” I believe in possibility and will walk on my own feet till the end of my life! *S3, = para-swimming classifications, category based on the disability level. People in this class have some arm and hand function, but no use of their trunk and legs. They have severe disabilities in all their limbs. #sydney #australia #caricature #fundrawing #paralympic #2024 #rachaelwatson #watercolour

ReplyDeleteOh, sweet Rhonda, than you!! Yes, we're getting into the spring while you're in a fall. Just my physiotherapist suggested beneficial movements in water. I'll work on it!! You, too, take care. Love and smile, Sadami
